So, I have Acronis Disk Director 11 Home and Acronis OS Selector installed on Windows 7 (Home Premium). Today, when I tried to boot Windows, the following message appeared: Starting Acronis Loader. No commands for booting operating system. Press to reboot.
I've read that there is a problem with MBR files an that you can replace them with ISO file or you can boot Windows with setup CD and then type in fixmbr command. The problem is that those instructions are all based on Windows XP, not on Windows 7, so I don't really know what to do. Can you give me some advice? Hello Benja8151, My name is Yana, and I'm writing you on behalf of Acronis Customer Central. I'm sorry for you've faced issues with the OS Selector.

If i try to Enter Values (0-255) into the Value-Fields of the Standard-Colour-Selector-Dialog it accepts only 2 digits (0-99). If i try to enter a third number the System-Bing occurs and the third value can not be added. Example: I want to enter the Value 240 into the R(ed)-Value-Field. I click on the Field and enter 2 then 4 then 0. But it only accepts 24. I also tried with copy/paste, but copy/paste doesn' t work either.
Also just accepts only 2 digits. PS: This happens only with the 'old' Standard-Colour-Selector. (But its still heavy used by some applications). The 'new' Colour-Selector with the 'Honeycomb'-Style-Colour-Fields works flawlessly. No Problems with that one. But sadly not many Programms do already use the 'new' Colour-Selector.
So my simple Question is: 'How can i get the Standard-Colour-Selector to work with the ability to enter 3 digits in the Value-Field, not only 2!?' Thanks in Advance jahkri PS: I' m sure that this behavior in Colour-Selector was not there a few weeks ago. Some Software or Update must have made it broken. But i' m not able to find any solution to this Problem. Is the program expecting input in hex (base 16) rather than in base 10 format? Does it accept values like FF (255 decimal) or A0 (160 decimal)? But i' m not able to find any solution to this Problem. Harper, i can not enter any alphanumeric value. It accepts only numerical values. I can enter the Values up to 99 normaly but any number with 3 digits would not be accepted by the input-box.

It seems like the Input-Box is to small to accept the third digit. Strangly on initialising the Dialog there' s a 3 digit number already in the input-box. But as soon as i try to enter the values manualy it only accepts 2 digits.
I also found 2 or 3 other Posts in the Web about the same Error also happening in Windows7 x64. Here are the links to the other posts about this issue. Thanks again for your effort.
